Terms of Purchase:
LOVINADOGS (a division of Coo Crafting Costas AB) (hereafter referred to as LOVINADOGS) makes purchases easy, secure, and free from unpleasant surprises.

Below are our full terms of purchase.

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers:
Courses, counseling, and membership services with a specified right of withdrawal
For courses advertised with a 14-day right of return (withdrawal), the withdrawal period starts from the date of purchase, unless we have stated that the 14-day withdrawal period begins from the course start date. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the withdrawal period ends.

We will refund your money within 1 week from the date you exercise your right of withdrawal. Refunds will be issued to the same account from which the original payment was made. Different withdrawal terms may apply in accordance with course-specific terms. If you fail to notify us before the withdrawal period ends, we will not be able to process a refund.

Please note that the right of withdrawal only applies to consumers, and not to individuals acting on behalf of a business or for commercial purposes. If you purchase our courses/packages related to business concepts/marketing, we will consider you as acting for commercial purposes.

Right of Withdrawal for Business Clients:
Courses, counseling, and membership services
Our membership services, courses, and counseling sold to business clients do not have a right of withdrawal unless specified by the seller or withdrawal information is provided during the purchase process/on the purchase page. Any right of withdrawal will only apply in accordance with the terms presented on the purchase page or during the purchase process.

Guarantees
Any guarantees related to the purchase of a product can only be utilized if the conditions for the guarantee are met, and we have received written notice before the guarantee expires. If you wish to use any guarantee, we ask you to document that you have fulfilled your obligations under the agreement. When utilizing a guarantee, all access to the course portal and associated services will be suspended once the course fee has been refunded.

Card Payments
We accept Visa and MasterCard through our partners Stripe and/or Simplero. All transactions are encrypted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and are 100% secure. Card payments are free of charge. If there is insufficient coverage for the agreed amount, and payment is therefore not made, the outstanding amount will be forwarded for invoicing and collection.

Installments and Payments
An agreement to purchase on installments, whether verbal or written, is considered binding, and payment must be made in full before the deadline expires. If payment is not received within the agreed time, the outstanding amount will be forwarded for invoicing and collection.

Sales to Minors
If you are under the age of 18, you must have parental approval before you can order anything from us.

The copyright © belongs to LOVINADOGS (a division of Coo Crafting Costas AB) and its respective partners. All rights are reserved. It is prohibited to copy, distribute, publish, or modify any material found on LOVINADOGS’ websites or portals.

Terms for Using the Portal’s Content
You purchase access to the portal’s content for the duration of the course period. LOVINADOGS’ products are copyrighted. The product is for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not use the product or material available in the product in a way that infringes on our rights or in any other way not approved by LOVINADOGS. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, publish, upload, post, transfer, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute any materials from the product in any manner or through any medium (including email and other electronic transmission methods).

Copying, sharing, or uploading product files to websites is considered theft and will be reported to the extent permitted by law.

However, you are allowed to download and/or print a copy of individual pages from the website for personal and non-commercial use, provided that the copyright and ownership rights are not infringed upon.

LOVINADOGS offers individual course programs. Upon registration, you will receive a username and password, along with a membership profile to use during the course and in the private member portal.

If you wish to take the course together with a colleague or business partner, both of you must individually purchase the course. If you want an assistant or an entire group to take the course, a membership must be purchased for each individual participant.

Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and insist that you also respect the privacy of other course participants. Therefore, there is a mutual confidentiality agreement. We respect your confidential and secret information, ideas, plans, and trade secrets. By purchasing this product, you agree to extend the same consideration to other participants, LOVINADOGS representatives, and employees of its partners.

You are free to discuss your personal results from our courses and assignments. However, all experiences or statements from other participants and the LOVINADOGS team must remain strictly confidential.

Security and Personal Data
We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which means that all orders are encrypted and therefore completely secure. LOVINADOGS guarantees that we will never disclose your personal information or email address to third parties unless there are specific reasons for doing so, such as requests from police, prosecutors, or similar authorities. You have the right to access the information we have registered about you, and if you believe it is incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or deletion from our customer register. You can do this by contacting our customer service.

Disclaimer
LOVINADOGS and our partners disclaim any liability for claims related to our websites, videos, newsletters, course portals, or other content. We have made every effort to ensure that the content is of high quality. By purchasing the course, you accept and agree that you are fully responsible for your own success and the results of your participation in the course.

We cannot guarantee income or results. It is you, and only you, who are responsible for your actions, and your results depend on individual factors such as your skills, knowledge, abilities, engagement, entrepreneurial spirit, networks, and financial situation, to name a few.

Delays and Canceled Courses
LOVINADOGS reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course due to factors beyond our control. If the course is canceled due to participants’ initiative, the course fee will be refunded. If the course is postponed by LOVINADOGS, participants will be offered a spot at a later time.

Limitation of Liability
By purchasing this product, you agree to use the company’s services at your own risk, and that the program is an educational service. You hold the company, its employees, partners, and their employees harmless for any damages that may occur, as well as any claims that may arise from agreements between the parties. You accept all risks, both foreseeable and unforeseeable.

No Public Defamation
In the event of a dispute between you and the company, you agree that the only forum for resolving such a dispute will be communication between you and the company. You agree not to act or communicate with third parties, publicly or privately, in such a way that it leads to the public defamation of the company.

Agreement
This agreement may not be transferred by either party.

Termination
By purchasing this product, you agree that LOVINADOGS, at its discretion, may terminate this agreement and restrict, cancel, or terminate your participation in the program without refund of the course fee if you cause disruptions for the company or other course participants. This also applies in the event of a breach of the terms of the agreement.

Dispute
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation between the parties, the dispute will be forwarded to mediation or the court.

Notice
Notice of potential disputes from one party to the other may be communicated either by personal delivery or via post, certified or registered with a signature. Such notice should be sent to the addresses below.

Force Majeure
If LOVINADOGS or its partners encounter such obstacles that prevent them from delivering or re-delivering – or if such delivery duty results in unreasonable labor efforts due to strikes or other circumstances beyond the control of the parties such as fire, war, mobilization or unforeseen military conscription of equivalent scope, requisition, confiscation, currency restrictions, rebellion or riots, lack of transportation means, general supply shortages, limited access to fuel and electricity, or delays or shortages in deliveries from subcontractors or producers due to the aforementioned issues, LOVINADOGS will not be held liable except in warranty claims where LOVINADOGS will refund the purchase price for the undelivered goods.
