2. Right of Withdrawal – Consumers (EU & US)
We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal on courses and memberships advertised with such a guarantee. This period starts on the purchase date or course start date, as specified.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within the 14-day period. If accepted, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 days.
Note: This right applies only to private consumers — not to purchases made on behalf of a business.
3. Right of Withdrawal – Business Clients
Business purchases are not eligible for a refund unless otherwise stated during checkout or in specific course terms.
4. Payment Terms
We accept Visa and MasterCard via Stripe and/or Simplero. All payments are encrypted using SSL.
Payments are free of charge.
If your payment fails or a payment plan is missed, the remaining balance will be invoiced and may be sent to collections.
5. Installments & Payment Plans
All installment agreements (written or verbal) are binding. If payments are not made on time, access may be suspended, and collections initiated.
6. Sales to Minors
You must be 18 or older to purchase without parental consent.
7. Copyright & Course Access
All content is the intellectual property of LOVINADOGS or its partners.
You receive limited, personal, non-commercial access for the course duration.
It is prohibited to:
- Share or distribute content
- Modify, translate, resell, or create derivative works
- Share login credentials
Violations may result in termination of access and legal action.
You may print/download content for personal use only, as long as copyright notices are preserved.
8. Group & Team Access
If you wish to share the course with a colleague, team, or assistant, each participant must have their own paid account.
9. Confidentiality
We require mutual respect of confidentiality among participants and instructors. You may share your own experiences, but not those of other participants.
10. Data & Privacy
We collect and process your data in accordance with the GDPR (EU) and CCPA/CPRA (California).
We do not sell personal data.

11. Refund Policy & Guarantees
Refunds are only issued if you meet the withdrawal terms or qualify under a course-specific guarantee.
If a guarantee is used, access to content is revoked once a refund is processed.
12. Disclaimers
LOVINADOGS provides educational services. We do not guarantee results or outcomes.
Your results depend on your individual effort, circumstances, and commitment. We are not liable for your success, income, or progress.
13. Course Changes & Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses. If we cancel, you’ll receive a full refund or be offered an alternative date.
14. Limitation of Liability
By using our services, you accept full responsibility for your outcomes and hold LOVINADOGS harmless from claims, losses, or damages arising from your participation.
15. No Public Defamation
If a dispute arises, you agree to resolve it directly with LOVINADOGS and refrain from public defamation (e.g., negative reviews or social media posts intended to harm reputation).
16. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access if you violate these terms or disrupt the course environment. No refund will be given in such cases.
17. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Swedish law, unless local consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise.
18. Disputes
Unresolved disputes will first attempt mediation. If that fails, they will be settled in a Swedish court or appropriate legal forum based on your residence.
19. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our control (e.g., war, natural disaster, strikes, pandemics, system outages).
